WILL COVID-19 AFFECT MY ORDER?

We're still shipping through the COVID-19 Pandemic. To keep you and our team safe, we implemented extra safety measures. Parcel items arrive in 2-7 business days. Large & Bulky items arrive in 1-4 weeks, depending on location, unless otherwise noted.

How will my order be delivered?
  • Small parcel items will ship via UPS and should arrive in 2-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Standard shipping fees will apply at checkout. 
  • Large and Bulky items will be delivered via a two person delivery crew and should arrive in 1-4 weeks, unless otherwise noted. Large and Bulky delivery options will appear at checkout.
  • Large & Bulky Threshold delivery: The delivery team will deliver your shipment to a dry area inside your front porch, door, or to your garage. They will not unpack or remove shipping materials. Signature will be required. Their delivery team will contact you upon shipping to coordinate delivery times.
  • Large & Bulky White Glove delivery: The delivery team will deliver your shipment into a room of your choice, unpack the merchandise, remove shipping materials, and perform assembly up to 15 minutes. Signature will be required. Their delivery team will contact you upon shipping to coordinate delivery times.
  • Delivery times may vary. We do not offer expedited delivery.


What will I pay for delivery?
  • Delivery fees will apply at checkout.

    How do I track my order?
    • You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Please contact us if you experience an issue or need to update your order.
      Can I update my order?
      • For address updates, order cancellations or other updates, contact us within 24 hours of order. After 24 hours, we will try to accommodate address updates and cancellations if your item(s) haven't shipped. If your item(s) shipped, we can help initiate a return or exchange. 
        Can I return my item(s)?
        • Returns are accepted in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us.
        • Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser. Once you initiate a return, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to return your item(s). You will receive a refund 2-5 days after we receive the returned item(s). 
        • A 15% return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fee is waived for refunds accepted in Pebble & Crane store credit. 
        • A $5.00 re-boxing fee will be charged for any items returned in non original packaging
        • Delivery fees are non refundable.
        • We cannot process returns of Pebble & Crane products purchased from other stores.
          Can I exchange my item(s)?
          • Exchanges are accepted in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us
          • We will apply a store credit for any returned items. You can apply the store credit toward new items.
          • Exchanges must be initiated by the original purchaser. Once you initiate an exchange, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to return your item(s). The return shipping fee is waived for exchanges. You will receive store credit for the returned item(s) to apply to a new order.
          • A $5.00 re-boxing fee will be charged for any items returned in non original packaging.
            Can I cancel my order?
            • You can cancel any order within 24 hours. Canceled orders receive a full refund (delivery fees also refunded). To cancel an order, contact us. After 24 hours, we will try to cancel if the item(s) haven't shipped. If your item(s) shipped, we can help facilitate a return or exchange.
              Can I update my order?
              • For address updates, order cancellations or other updates, contact us within 24 hours of order.
                Do you have a warranty policy?
                • All Pebble & Crane products are supported by a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We use quality materials - your pieces are built to last. 
                • If something happens, contact us to file a warranty claim. Approved warranty claims will receive a replacement item at no cost within six weeks. 
                  What if I receive a damaged item?
                  • Your items are packed tightly and inspected before shipment. We invest in great packaging materials so that your items don't arrive damaged or defective. 
                  • If you are part of this small percentage of damages & defects, please contact us within 3 business days so we can get you a replacement. 
                    How will I receive my refund?
                    • You can choose to accept refunds to your original payment method or in Pebble & Crane store credit. 
                    • You will receive your refund 2-5 days after we receive the returned item(s) in resalable condition. Items returned in non resalable condition will not be refunded.
                    • Delivery fees are non refundable.
                      How to care for: Oak
                      • We strongly recommend using a clean cloth with furniture oil or soap to clean this item. This should be done every three months.
                      • For daily maintenance clean the surface with a clean, wrung out cloth. Never use detergents.
                        How to care for: Leather
                        • Vacuum or dust leather frequently.
                        • If leather is soiled, it can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth using a mild, neutral-ph and non- detergent liquid soap with lukewarm water.
                        • Do not spot clean leather.
                        • DO NOT USE CHEMICALS, SADDLE SOAP, CLEANING SOLVENTS, FURNITURE POLISH, OILS, VARNISH, ABRASIVE CLEANERS, SOAP OR AMMONIA WATER.
                          How to care for: Rattan
                          • Indoor use only, the outside elements will cause the rattan to rot
                          • Use the vacuum cleaner or small brush to reach the dust between the webbing.
                          • Don’t press the surface of the furniture too hard.
                          • Dry the furniture immediately after cleaning.

                             

                            How to care for: Sungkai Wood
                            • Requires very little maintenance.
                            • Not for outdoor use.
                            • Wipe clean the furniture only with a soft cloth.
